About Ballwin Golf Club

Ballwin Golf Club opened in 1966 as Fox Creek Country Club. The City of Ballwin acquired the course and buildings in 1974, and it is now a public, municipal nine-hole course in west St. Louis County. Since taking ownership the city has remodeled, re-seeded or rebuilt all of the greens, the clubhouse and the snack bar. GolfPass credits Homer Herpel and Bob Lohmann as architects.
