About Dretzka Park Golf Course

Dretzka Park Golf Course, a Milwaukee County Parks public course on the city's northwest side, opened in 1964 on a 210-acre site and was designed by architect Evert Kincaid. The park was named for Jerome C. Dretzka, a Polish immigrant who served on the Milwaukee County Park Commission for 43 years; most of the park land was acquired in 1956.
