Chippewa in Curtice, about ten minutes east of Toledo, was established in 1926 to a design by Harold Weber, a four-time Ohio Amateur champion and Toledo's first famous golfer. It has been locally owned for nearly a century. It keeps its traditional design of tree-lined fairways and small greens, with two creeks in play on 15 holes.
