Circling Raven Golf Course

Opened in the summer of 2003, Circling Raven Golf Club sits on hundreds of rolling acres of forest, wetland, and Palouse meadow near Worley, in northern Idaho. Owned and operated by the Coeur d'Alene Tribe as part of its casino resort, the course is named for a visionary nineteenth-century tribal chief. Designer Gene Bates spread just eighteen holes across the vast property, giving each hole generous isolation and elevation change through pine stands, aspen groves, and native grasses. Stretching more than 7,100 yards from the tips with a slope near 144, it delivers a stern championship test while staying playable from forward tees. The layout has repeatedly been ranked Idaho's finest public-access course and has hosted professional events, cementing its reputation as one of the Pacific Northwest's premier tribal-owned destinations.
