Located at 4350 El Conquistador Pkwy, Bradenton, this course opened in 1972 and was formerly El Conquistador Country Club (later IMG Academies Golf & Country Club at El Conquistador). Golf architect Gene Bates of Palm Beach Gardens led a roughly $2.5 million renovation and the course reopened as IMG Academy Golf Club in 2003. It now operates as a semi-private club tied to IMG Academy.
