The Legends of Massillon is owned and operated by the City of Massillon. It opened in 1995 as an 18-hole John Robinson design and was one of the first all-bentgrass public courses in northeast Ohio. Nine more holes came later. Each of the three nines (East, North and South) now mixes original and newer holes, with water in play on 22 of the 27 holes and more than 70 bunkers.
