Loomis Trail Golf Club

Loomis Trail Golf Club opened in 1993 just south of Blaine, near Semiahmoo Bay, from a design by Canadian architect Graham Cooke. Built across flat, low-lying farmland, the par-72 course relies on an extensive canal and lake system that brings water into play on all eighteen holes, producing one of the highest slope ratings in Washington, around 145 from the back tees at roughly 7,100 yards. A large shared double green serves the 10th and 17th holes. Long regarded as one of the Pacific Northwest's finest layouts, it has ranked among Washington's top public courses and earned national top-100 recognition. Originally operated together with Semiahmoo under the resort, the club was purchased by the Lummi Nation (Lummi Indian Business Council) in 2018.
