Myrtle Creek Golf Course was built by the City of Myrtle Creek in southern Oregon, partly as a way to use the city's treated effluent water. The first nine opened in 1997 and the second in 1998, on a design by Graham Cooke & Associates. For a time it was known as Cougar Canyon, and the city resumed direct control of the course in May 2026.
