Olde Stonewall is unapologetic fun, and we are here for it. You drive up to a literal castle, then play a Hurdzan and Fry course that swings from calm to spectacular across the back nine. Public golf rarely feels this much like an event.

About Olde Stonewall Golf Club
Olde Stonewall opened in 1999 in Ellwood City, north of Pittsburgh, as a lavish daily-fee course designed by Dr. Michael Hurdzan with Dana Fry. Rising from the banks of the Connoquenessing Creek up over wooded hills to a high promontory, the roughly 7,100-yard layout is known for two contrasting nines: a gentler low-country front and a dramatic, elevation-rich back with striking changes in grade. Developer Rick Hvizdak built both the course and its unmistakable castle-style clubhouse, complete with turrets and a moat, housing a golf shop and Shakespeare's Restaurant, before selling the facility to Sewickley entrepreneur Joe Nocito in 2012. The course has collected national recognition and rankings praise almost continuously since it opened.
