The Highlands Golf Course is a City of St. Louis municipal facility inside Forest Park that opened April 16, 2010 following a redesign by architect Stan Gentry. It takes its name from the historic Forest Park Highlands amusement park that once stood adjacent to the park. The short public course also added the only golf driving range located within the City of St. Louis.
