About Williams Creek Golf Course

Williams Creek Golf Course is a city-owned short layout (about 2,869 yards) in Knoxville that opened in 2003 and was soon named Best New Course in East Tennessee by East Tennessee Golf News. It is operated by the nonprofit Williams Creek Youth Foundation under a lease with the city, and it has been home to The First Tee of Greater Knoxville, whose learning center serves inner-city youth. In 2012 the First Tee added The Wee Course, a three-hole practice course beside it.
