Moderation

We may, but are not obligated to, monitor, review, or remove user content that violates these Terms. Users may report violations through our Contact page. Our decision whether to act on a report, and how quickly, is at our sole discretion. Absence of moderation action does not imply approval of any content.

Formula 18 Golf is committed to making our website and iOS app usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. We aim to meet or exceed WCAG 2.1 Level AA where reasonably achievable. If you encounter an accessibility barrier, please reach out via the Contact page and describe the issue, the page or screen where it occurred, and the assistive technology you are using. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe and work with you to provide the information or functionality by alternative means.

DMCA / Copyright Notices

Formula 18 Golf respects the intellectual property of others and expects the same of our users. If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a written notice that includes all of the following, as required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3):

  • a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent
  • identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
  • identification of the allegedly infringing material and where it can be found on the Service
  • your contact information (name, address, phone, email)
  • a statement of good-faith belief that use is not authorized

Send notices to formula18golf@gmail.com with the subject line DMCA Notice. Counter-notices follow the same format under § 512(g). Repeat infringers will have their accounts terminated.

Responsible Disclosure

If you believe you've found a security vulnerability in Formula 18 Golf, we'd rather hear from you than read about it elsewhere. Report it to formula18golf@gmail.com with the subject line Security. Please include steps to reproduce, the scope of data or users affected, and any suggested mitigation. We commit to acknowledging valid reports within a reasonable timeframe and will not pursue legal action against researchers acting in good faith within the scope of this disclosure policy.

Beta Features

Portions of Formula 18 Golf may be released as beta, preview, or experimental features. Beta features may change, break, or be withdrawn without notice, and are provided on an as-is basis without the warranties that apply to fully-released features. Your use of beta features is optional and at your own discretion.

Third-Party Services

Formula 18 Golf relies on a small set of third-party providers to operate. Each is governed by its own terms and privacy policy:

  • Stripe — payments (privacy)
  • Supabase — database, authentication, storage (privacy)
  • Resend — transactional email delivery (privacy)
  • Vercel — hosting and web infrastructure (privacy)
  • USGA GHIN — handicap data, optional (site)

We may update the notices on this page as the Service evolves. Material changes will be reflected in an updated "Last updated" date on the relevant section, and for significant changes, posted on our home page.
