Boulder Pointe in Oxford is a 27-hole facility built on a reclaimed gravel mine with 15 lakes. Its three nines, the Bluffs, the Peaks and the Dunes, pair into three 18-hole combinations. It was designed by Conroy-Dewling Associates; listings give 2000 (and in one case 1997) as the opening year.
