About Buffer Park Gc

Buffer Park is a public nine-hole, par-36 links-style course on Indianapolis's south side, owned and operated by Southside Landfill, Inc. and built on land adjacent to the landfill - named for serving as a buffer between the landfill and surrounding properties. Planning began in 1995, public approval came in 1997, construction started in May 1998, and it opened to the public on June 1, 1999.
