Club West Golf Course

Club West is an 18-hole course on 162 acres at 16400 S. 14th Ave. in Phoenix's Ahwatukee Foothills. After years of decline under owner Wilson Gee, who cut irrigation over the cost of city water, the Inter Tribal Golf Association bought it in October 2017. CEO Rick Breuninger cleared the overgrowth, reversed the nines and built a driving range. A group bought it for $750,000 in 2020, and Community Harmony Coalition paid $2.1 million in May 2026. The new owners put it back up for sale, and a homebuilder was reported to be interested, so the course's future is uncertain.
