About Colonial Oaks Golf Club

Colonial Oaks is a public 18-hole course on Huguenard Road on Fort Wayne's north side. It was founded in 1968 and built and designed by Pat Riley, a Fort Wayne native and golf professional. The Riley family still owns and runs it, which is rare for a public course. Big oak trees frame the bentgrass layout and give the course its name. Bogey Creek crosses play about ten times in a round, and the course leans on water more than bunkers to even out the field.
