The Country Club of Ocala opened in 1994 as a par-72, roughly 6,920-yard championship course designed by Steve Nugent over rolling terrain with mature oaks and water features. It has hosted FSGA championships, USGA qualifiers and North Florida PGA events, and was acquired by Heritage Golf Group in 2025.
