Foxwood Country Club opened for play in 1971 at 701 Foxwood Drive in Jacksonville. The course was redesigned in 2005 by John C. Floyd. The club operated for a period as Southern Oaks Country Club and now uses the Foxwood name again. It is an 18-hole, par-72 layout measuring 6,448 yards from the back tees.
