The Country Club course dates to 1968 and was designed by Joe Finger. It opened three years after Bella Vista's property owners' organization was formed in 1965 as the Bella Vista Country Club; that body was renamed the Property Owners Association in 1973. The 18-hole, par-72 course plays to 6,745 yards from the back tees and is based at 98 Clubhouse Drive.
