Johnson Park Golf Course opened in 1931 as an 18-hole course along the Root River in Racine. In 2018 Green Golf Partners began managing it under a ten-year lease, and the City of Racine and Green Golf Partners funded a remodel that included removing more than 600 ash trees. The course has hosted Wisconsin PGA Junior Tour events.
