About Morning Star Gc

Morningstar Golf Club is a family-owned, public-access 18-hole course on Indianapolis's east side at 271 S. Mitthoeffer Road, billed as the only family-owned and -operated regulation course in the city. Designed by Steve Seibel, it opened around 1990–91 (sources differ on the year) and plays as a par 72 of roughly 6,400–6,500 yards. Ongoing renovation earned it a spot on a 2023 list of the most-improved U.S. golf courses.
