About Regatta Bay Golf & Country Club

Regatta Bay, now branded Regatta Bay Golf & Yacht Club, was designed by Robert C. Walker, formerly lead architect for Arnold Palmer's design firm. It is the centerpiece of a residential development on Choctawhatchee Bay in Destin and operates as semi-private, welcoming both public play and members, with grounds the club says are Audubon International certified. Its opening year is unsettled (sources give 1996, 1998 and 2003).
