Royal Oak Golf Club is a nine-hole, par-35 municipal course owned by the City of Royal Oak, at 3417 Don Soper Drive. GolfPass lists it as opening in 1960, with architects Don Soper and Jerry Matthews; one listing gives 1963, so the year is not fully settled. It is open to Royal Oak residents and businesses and is the city's remaining course after Normandy Oaks closed in 2014.
