About Swartz Creek Gc

Swartz Creek is one of Flint's two municipal golf courses, opening in 1924 as a nine-hole layout. Contemporary reporting described designer Andrew Welch as a "native Scotchman" with course-building experience in Scotland. It is routed as a parkland course through the Swartz Creek valley and is operated as a public course.
