Chenal Country Club

Chenal Country Club in Little Rock, Arkansas, features two eighteen-hole courses from the firm of Robert Trent Jones Jr. The original Founders Course debuted in 1990, routed through a rocky Arkansas forest of cathedral pines and blooming dogwoods in Chenal Valley and measuring roughly 7,150 yards. A second layout, the Bear Den Course, followed in 2003, expanding the club into a full 36-hole facility. The designs lean into a classic American parkland style, incorporating seven lakes, meandering streams, elevated tees, and boldly contoured bunkering, with the Founders nines converging on a shared green in front of the clubhouse. The club has been recognized as a top course in Arkansas by Golf Digest and holds Audubon International Cooperative Sanctuary certification, reflecting a commitment to blending championship-caliber golf with careful stewardship of its wooded valley setting.
