Cherokee Ridge Country Club in Union Grove opened in 1992 on a design by Sammy Dean. The 18-hole, par-72 course is part of the Cherokee Ridge community and measures about 6,574 yards from the back tees. A 17-acre lake guards much of the front nine, and three back-nine holes were reconfigured to bring a waterfall on Lynn's Creek into view.
