This course, run by Cullman City Parks and Recreation, opened in 1954 as a nine-hole course. It grew to 18 holes in 1968. It was first called Cullman Municipal Golf Course and later Cullman Golf Course, and it became Cross Creek Golf Course in April 2016. The new name comes from the creek that crosses the course. The par-72 course plays to about 6,350 yards from the back tees.
