About Chestnut Hills Golf Club

Chestnut Hills is a public 18-hole, par-72 course on Illinois Road on Fort Wayne's southwest side. It opened in 1995 on former Indiana farmland. The design is credited to architect Clyde B. Johnston together with Fuzzy Zoeller, the Indiana-born two-time major champion; some listings credit Zoeller alone. From the back tees it plays to nearly 7,000 yards. Creeks cut across many fairways, and the greens are known for running fast.
