About Darby Creek Golf Course

Darby Creek opened in 1993 in rural southeast Union County, designed by Geoffrey Cornish and Brian Silva. Part of the 204-acre site was home to the Ohio Orchard Company from the 1920s to the mid-1980s. Beside the fourth tee sits the small Woods-Reeds Cemetery, the site of Union County's first Presbyterian church around 1800. The front nine plays open and links-like, and the back nine runs through woods.
