Eagle Dunes in Sorrento opened in 2003 to a Mike Dasher design -- a par-72 course of about 7,024 yards known for sand, bunkering and unusual elevation change for central Florida. Golf Digest gave it four stars and named it a Best Place to Play. It is open to the public as a daily-fee course.
