Entrada at Snow Canyon Country Club

Entrada at Snow Canyon Country Club opened in 1996 as a Johnny Miller Signature Design, laid out across roughly 700 acres of southern Utah's red-rock country near St. George. Working with architect Fred Bliss, Miller routed the par-72 course through a striking mix of black lava flows, rolling dunes, sandstone cliffs and desert arroyos. Its most talked-about stretch is a three-hole loop carved directly through an ancient lava bed, a section players have nicknamed the Devil's Triangle for its beauty and bite. The private course is a fixture in Golf Digest's Utah rankings and draws travelers for its scenery as much as its design. Cool-season mornings, dramatic contrast between black rock and green turf, and mountain backdrops make it one of the region's most photogenic rounds.
