The West Course at Imperial Golf Club opened in 1977, four years after the East Course, as part of the private 36-hole club established in Naples in 1972. Designed by Ward Northrup, it is a par-72 traditional Florida-style layout with sharp doglegs and many water hazards, renovated in 2001 by Chip Powell.
