About Links At Fox Meadows

The Links at Fox Meadows is a City of Memphis municipal course designed by Chic Adams. It began as a private country club, and the city acquired it in the 1960s to make it public. Sources describe it as the first city-owned course with lakes and ponds as part of the landscape. It is now the longest layout in the Memphis Public Links system, an 18-hole, par-71 course of about 6,545 yards. Opening year is listed as 1957 by most sources.
