About Links at Spruce Creek

The Links at Spruce Creek is the course in the Spruce Creek fly-in community in Port Orange -- the largest residential fly-in community in the U.S., built on land that held a U.S. Naval base during WWII. The 18-hole, par-72 course opened in 1974 to a Bill Amick design, with later work attributed to Ron Garl. The community's private airstrip runs through the course, with aircraft passing low overhead near the 8th and 9th holes. It operates as a semi-private club (also known as Spruce Creek Country Club).
