Monarch Golf Club at Royal Highlands was built in 1997 as the course for the Royal Highlands 55+ community in Leesburg, designed by Len DeBoer. The 18-hole, par-72 layout is routed through gently rolling terrain with notable elevation changes, and water comes into play on roughly nine holes.
