About Moose Run Golf Course - Hill Course

The Hill Course is the older of Moose Run's two 18-hole courses, on what is now Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson at the foot of the Chugach Mountains. A company of U.S. Army combat engineers built it as a nine-hole course in 1952, and a second nine was added in 1955. The par-72 course plays to 6,480 yards from the back tees.
