Sage Run is the second course at Island Resort & Casino, operated by the Hannahville Indian Community. Paul Albanese designed it, as he did the resort's first course, Sweetgrass (2008). About three-quarters of the holes run through trees around a natural glacial drumlin. An opening ceremony was held in July 2018, and the official public debut followed on May 31, 2019.
