About The Oaks Club

The Oaks Club is a private 36-hole golf community in Osprey, Florida, near Little Sarasota Bay, generally cited as founded in 1988. Both courses — Eagle and Heron — originate from Willard Byrd designs and have since been significantly renovated (the Eagle reworked around 2007 by Arthur Hills, the Heron comprehensively renovated in 2015 by Hurdzan-Fry/Jason Straka).
