The Reserve Vineyards in Aloha began in 1991 as a project of Tom Kite and Bob Cupp's development company. When financing fell through, a Korean businessman funded the roughly $25 million project with OB Sports, and the club opened in September 1997. Bob Cupp designed the North Course, which followed John Fought's South Course by about a year. The club alternates its two courses between private and public play, and it hosted the Fred Meyer Challenge and The Tradition on the senior tour.
