About The Savannahs Golf Course

The Savannahs on Merritt Island opened in 1989 as an 18-hole Gordon G. Lewis design routed through hardwood hammocks, wetlands and lakes. For years a Brevard County-owned public course, it was transferred in 2018 to The Savannahs at Sykes Creek Homeowners' Association after a private operator could not turn a profit, and it now trades as Space Coast Golf Club.
