Why we love this place
A friendly Genesee County club with room to swing and a welcome mat out for the public. We love Batavia's open, rolling layout, its league culture and the way a round here feels like stepping into the heart of a small-city golf community.

About Batavia Country Club
Batavia Country Club sits on the Batavia-Byron Road just north of the city of Batavia, in Genesee County roughly midway between Buffalo and Rochester. Its eighteen-hole course opened in 1962 and plays across gently rolling ground to roughly 6,500 yards, with an open character that rewards solid ball-striking. The club operates as a semi-private facility that welcomes public play in season, and it offers a driving range, an indoor practice area and a teaching professional, with walking permitted. Over six decades it has become a gathering place for Genesee County golfers, hosting leagues, member events and charity outings, and its memorable rounds, from aces to career-best scores, regularly make the pages of local news.
