Set on bluffs above the Colorado River east of Austin, ColoVista closed in 2009 after a run of Bastrop wildfires, two floods and management changes, then reopened in 2013 following a renovation that redefined tees and fairways, restored bunkers and re-grassed playing surfaces. The course is currently open and booking tee times.
