About Country Club Of Charleston

The Country Club of Charleston, founded in 1900, opened its Seth Raynor–designed course in 1925 — one of the architect's signature template-style layouts. Its major distinction came with the 2019 U.S. Women's Open (Jeong Eun Lee6), the first major ever contested on an original Seth Raynor design. Its par-3 11th, based on Raynor's "Redan" template, is among its most famous holes.
