About Springfield Golf Club

Springfield Golf Club opened in 2001 on a heavily wooded, hilly site just inside the South Carolina line at Fort Mill. It was designed by Clyde B. Johnston, ASGCA, whose plan harks back to the traditional strategic schemes of the 1920s Golden Age. The public par-72 course plays about 6,906 yards and upgraded its greens to ultradwarf MiniVerde in 2010.
