About Olde Eight Golf Club (formerly The Links at Stoney Point)

The Links at Stoney Point opened on Lake Greenwood around 1990 as a Tom Jackson design, a par-72 course of about 6,700 yards. It was rebranded and rebuilt as Olde Eight Golf Club in a roughly two-year project in which Drew Rogers kept Jackson's routing but redesigned every hole; it reopened in November 2025, adding a 9-hole short course, a putting course and a practice facility. It operates as semi-private, with members getting priority before 2pm.
