About General Electric Athletic Association

The GEAA Golf Course is a 9-hole course at 303 Crane Avenue in Pittsfield (par 36, about 3,183 yards from the longest tees), designed by Rowland Armacost and opened in 1930. It was built as a recreational facility for employees of General Electric's major Pittsfield manufacturing plant, operated by the General Electric Athletic Association, and is now open to the public with a small clubhouse and restaurant.
