About Green Hill Golf Course

Green Hill is an 18-hole, par-72 municipal course owned by the City of Worcester, built on former Green Hill Park estate land the city acquired in the early 1900s. Construction began in 1925 and the Willie Ogg-designed course opened on April 1, 1929. It was substantially redesigned by architect William F. Mitchell and reopened in 1968, and today operates on an enterprise-fund basis separate from the city's tax budget.
