Henry Homberg Golf Course is an 18-hole municipal course in historic Tyrrell Park, south of Interstate 10 in Beaumont. It dates to the 1930s; the park and its course were built by the Civilian Conservation Corps (1935-1941) on land donated by W.C. Tyrrell. Originally known as Tyrrell Park Municipal, it was renamed Henry Homberg Municipal in 1983 after a longtime Beaumont municipal caddie who became the head pro. It remains a public municipal facility.
