About Highlands Golf Course

Highlands is one of the City of Lincoln's municipal golf courses, an 18-hole public layout designed by Jeff Brauer and opened in 1993. Built as a links-style prairie course, it winds over rolling terrain and around a series of lakes on the city's northwest side and can stretch past 7,000 yards from the back tees. The city bills it as its premier championship public course, and it is paired with one of the region's larger practice facilities.
