About Hogan Park Golf Course

Hogan Park is the City of Midland's 36-hole municipal golf facility, comprising two 18-hole courses. The older Quail course was constructed in 1959 as a flat, traditional layout with narrow fairways and large undulating greens. The newer Roadrunner course was built by architect Ron Kirby, opening as nine holes in 1983 and expanding to 18 holes in 1998; it is a links-style layout with minimal trees and more rolling terrain. The courses were updated around 2014 and remain open to the public year-round.
